Hi, I’m Stacey Twisselman

I’ve always loved backpacking, and I’ve always loved goats, so when a friend (Margaret) introduced me to the world of pack goats, I knew I needed a team of my own. What I never imagined was that those same goats would one day becomes professional beverage servers. It all started when my friend’s daughter was planning a wedding that had everything from a Ferris Wheel to a face painter. I figured if there was ever a perfect place from my pack goats, it was there - serving Jell-O Shots straight from their pack bags to the guest. They were such a hit that I soon found myself bringing them to more weddings for other friends’ kids, and before long, my little idea turned into a real business.

And that’s how The Tipsy Hoof was born.

In addition to our pack goats, we have a true unicorn pony that can make any event magical. He is able to cart you right into your event, making your feel like royalty. His skills don’t stop there, he can also serve your guest with baskets and kisses.

In 2025 we have added two little highland cows to the team. They are ready to book your event today!

    Pip Squeak - The Pocket Sized Sweetheart

    Pip Squeak is pure sweetness wrapped in a tiny Highland package.  She is gentle, affectionate and endlessly loving, she would happily hug every guest if she could.  Her calm demeanor and affectionate nature makes her especially beloved by children and adults alike.

    Biff - The Gently Highland Heartthrob

    Biff is a big softie with an even bigger heart.  Calm, affectionate, and endlessly patient he absolutely adores attention and will happily soak up scratches from anyone willing to offer them.  His gentle nature and striking appearance make him an instant favorite wherever he goes.

    Axle - The Rough Diamond

    Axle may look a little gruff at first glance, but don't be fooled - he is pure charm.  With his unique ears and distinguished beard he has a wonderfully funny appearance that draws people in instantly.  Once guests meet him, his love for people shines through and he quickly becomes a favorite.

    Juniper - The Big, Charismatic Crowd -Pleaser.

    Juniper is a confident, people loving gentleman who makes a big impression - literally.

    Gilder - The Gentle Giant With a Silly Streak

    Gilder is a big sweet goat with a wonderfully silly side.  Despite his impressive size horns, he is one of the calmest, kindest animals in the herd.  Social to the core, Gilder greets every guest like an old friend and melts the moment someone offers an ear scratch. - he is all-time favorite

    Sunny - The Fairy Tale Mini Horse

    Sunny is pure magic.  With his stunning long mane and floor-length tail, he looks like he walked straight out of a fairy-tale.  Warm, social and endlessly patient, Sunny thrives in the center of attention and quickly becomes the sweetheart of every event.

    My Little Starlord

    He is not a galaxy traveler!

    Starlord much prefers the quiet companionship of people.  He enjoys snuffling with the guests as they talk sweet nothings in his ear.
